About the Author

My name is Ralph A. Dillard Jr. I was born into the family restaurant and bar business in 1951. My work life began as a small boy with a toothbrush on my hands and knees cleaning the corners of the kitchen. Time passed and I learned all of the jobs involved from cooking to bartending, from waiting tables to the complex subject of Human Resources. There are so many duties and responsibilities required to run a successful restaurant business. I loved the business – but not working for the family. I went on to work in construction and sales among many others until completing my formal education at Fresno State -CSUF. I started my own IT consulting business. I was privileged to work on the NMCI team that installed thousands of computers and peripheral equipment at the Lemoore Naval Air Station. I retired from the Information Technology industry as the Network Administrator for Thomas Products.

I live in Fresno California and sometimes I have local book signings because with great surprise to me, I am now an author.
