We had been hopefully waiting for this book to come out for almost a century! Our love for Estrada’s runs deep and we were so excited when we saw that a recipe book was coming out. We have made so many of the recipes already and they are truly just as delicious as we remember them. If you have a chance to purchase this book, do not snooze on it. There is nothing better than anything from Estrada’s.
